What an honour to be part of Star's employee enrichment day! It was a day spent with Star's pleasant employees, helping them with their terrible office postures.
Going through a few assessments, helping them identify stiffness, weakness, and other muscular skeletal issues.
In these pictures you will see us assessing using the MAT Analysis. We measured trunk rotation, side flexion, grip strength and upper limb tension tests for nerve mobility. These tests would help us identify generic deficits that would direct our more specific investigations.
